Fimbarr's Reach is a lovely villa house is situated in the heart of Fowey with the local shops and restaurants a short stroll away. The harbourside below, is a lovely spot to sit and watch the continual activity on the water. You will see many visiting yachts, small craft, sometimes a cruise ship and the occasional military vessel passing by.

Fimbarr's Reach is well-laid out with a spacious, lower ground floor kitchen/pantry and dining room with a separate utility area and WC. On the ground floor is a generous living room and hall leading to the first floor with two bedrooms and shower room and a further two bedrooms and shower room on the second floor.
There’s an appealing decked courtyard at the rear which catches the sun through the day and is a great place to sit out and read a book. Fimbarr’s Reach is perfect for either a small group or families.
